I get more impressed with the forum knife each year and this will put an exclamation on the 25th anniversary of the tradition! Well done Spark Spark

Two bladed knives with the blades on opposing sides is probably my favorite traditional knife configuration. Not sure if the type of bone is already selected for us but this blade in a white jigged bone would look really sharp. Either way it's going to be a huge winner!

This looks amazing. Count me in! I can’t wait to see them once they’re actually made. These renderings always look great and then the final products just blow me away even more. 🔥

Wow, this came around quick. Going to be another fantastic forum knife!

This looks really nice, new pattern with two perfect blades and jigged bone covers ... I love it 🥰

Thank you Spark!
I’d really enjoy finding out more about the pattern and how you and Bill were inspired to choose it.

Spark Spark , please make it easier for anybody that has to or needs to buy it from outside of the US.

For European buyers I would sugest either direct shipping from the US or also using the German GEC dealer that runs a proper online shop and covers the EU.

Many thanks , gorgeous knife

Ideally those outside US would have option to buy from US.
Last year I held off to wait for the UK dealer to get the stock and then once he bumped up the price I couldn’t afford it. Would have been much cheaper to ship myself from US.

Agree, if shipping outside the US it would be easier & cheaper to do it on an individual basis or via somebody who will look after European sales- as happened with the 2020 knife from Lionsteel. If a dealer is involved then taxes, import duties plus commissions could make it horribly expensive for most of us.

A swell-center congress, says Mr. Levine.
Disagree with your quote. He states they are Swayback, which is also the characteristic of Norfolk/Wharncliffe knives. He also says in the quote they are "small knives" The 34 is not small nor appears Swayback and is Equal End (Norfolks have a larger bolster for the master blade)

Levine 1985: 157 see also p.128 for Surveyor Jacks.

Of course it could be that Bill H. decided to interpret the pattern himself and turned it upside down making for what Levine calls an ' unseaworthy canoe' :D:cool: It's been suggested that somebody could ask him, good luck:)

Why does it make a difference?
Can you just do some sort of pay more wait longer international shipping.

(Admittedly I don't know how businesses set these things up.)
