Gotcha, the small Allen key felt like it didn't fit quite perfectly in the clip screw, probably due toto t seating depth being minimal. Just wanted to confirm.

Glad you like your crk op. I think it will grow on you over time. I can only only speak for 21s. I have small and large. Bought them from local knife store. Had them for 6 month now. Maybe one of these days I'll post my appreciation and thoughts on crk forum. There is a lot to like. I feel like the knife is very refined and certain design considerations are deeply thought through. Both of mine had horrible thick round edges from factory that would bind in cardboard and whittling was piss poor. It took multiple reprofiling jobs for the thing to start actually cutting like I'm used to, coming from the spyderco camp. The steel started holding up and seeing the edge shine light back after using the knife very little has stopped. The knife is super smooth now with no side play, while the lockbar is disengaged and wiggling the blade by the tip. Don't mess with your washers, let them settle. On your zaan its probably not an issue because bladestops keep the blade from moving sideways.
