I got one of these reissue recently. not the top dollar one, but this cheaper one which wasnt really cheap. I like the 710 model own a handful of old ones and like s90v and had a bunch of points saved up from a dealer.
it's okay...this one colors are ugly to my eye but it's still a 710...I've already scratched the coating badly on the pocket clip somehow....

and pocket clip scratched....first time I've ever done that to any coated pocket clip...not even sure how..but oh well.....

yep, the price on all these 710 reissues are all wrong. the material colors are off to me. I do like s90v steel though and that I prefer....just without the butt ugly coating......I love my old school one in 154cm, but the new ones aren’t doing it for me. Especially not at the asking price.
I do agree with that, which would be a great idea across the entire Axis lock line, not just the 710.I'm really intrigued by the flat wire used for the Omega springs. It seems like it would greatly increase spring life.
