Spyderco.
I see alot of people sending benchmade in for repairs.
I don't want to use a warranty.
I agree!
Both brands are worth owning. Buy what you like.
I like benchmades too! Then you’re not so torn on which you like more after all.![]()
I like to be interactive and I agree with what he said! Then you’re not so torn on which you like more after all.![]()
What is your favorite knife brand!?Pick one based off the design not the brand.... at least between these brands.
Both companies have issues with quality control from time to time. Maybe more with Benchmade but, most of their stuff is fine.
Broken Omega Springs can be an issue but their knives work fine with only one spring. I carried a 531 for at least a year with only one spring. Some people here make it sound as if everything BM ships out is garbage. That is not the case.
Both companies have merit and are worth owning. Kind of like Honda and Toyota, it is just a matter of preference. I’ll take Toyota over Honda nine times out of ten.
Personally, I have a three to one ratio of Benchmade knives over Spyderco knives. It is just the way it has worked out.
Which models do you have?Benchmade and Spyderco seem to be very popular right know, I am torn on which I like more. They both seem to have there ups and downs, let me know which brand you guys like more and why!!
I have benchmade, spyderco, hinderer, chris reeve, zero tolerance, bradford, microtech, survive knives!, Swiss army, and probably some others. What is your favorite knife brand!?
