First post. I found this at a flea market cheesy knife shop, paid $25! I believe its a Combat Talon 2 designed by Walter Brend produced in the early 90s.
Flip side does have the rebel flag etched along with ATS-34 and a black pocket clip.
Looks like it was carried briefly, I don't think it has been sharpened.

Deal of the decade! Congrats!! That knife was a grail of mine many, many years ago. Beautiful knife.
