Benchmade pictures

I bought my first Mini Grip right after they were released. At that time they were using 440C steel. I carried and used that knife more than any other knife I have ever owned, so I decided to pick a couple up when I stumble onto them...
The black knife was lightly used, and I hadn't put a decent edge on it before taking the pictures.

This N.I.B knife came up for sale, and arrived a couple weeks ago. I may strip the black off the screws and pivot, and put a polished deep carry, or split arrow clip.

Sadly the blade centering is off like my other Grip. Seems to be very common and expected with the Griptilian. Not acceptable in my opinion. The etching turned out a gold color which was not expected and disappointing as well. The other custom Grip's I have seen did not look gold like that.
