This guy thinks of himself as being quite clever, but he doesn't have a shred of respect for other people.
 
I must say, this thread is quite enlightening.

30 days and shipping costs returned doesn't seem to bad a deal especially coming from another country. They also had the good sense to tighten the pivot to ensure that it passed customs.

Most of your posts in the Exchange are lower offers directly in the sales thread. Most of your started threads are reviews but with no content in the post. Instead you direct them to your YouTube channel. Spam much?

Poor form.

I too, was actually blindsided reading through, Koyzumie's, BF post history. The truth is, after he posted his very first lowball offer in a sales thread; the one where the OP replied: "No can do"...& then had the audacity to come right back & ask a second time, IN THE SALES THREAD...he was added to my ignore list. It wasn't until last night, doing a little research, that I realized the extent of his continual shenanigans, here on the forum.

The real reason, WHY, Koyzumie's YouTube video really got under my skin (aside from his irritating/whiny voice):

A couple of years back, I sent in a couple of Benchmade balisongs (42 & 47), for warranty repair. I won't get into the specifics, but it turned out that both of these 2 were of the highest quality clones, their technicians had ever seen. I was working with this sweetheart of a girl, in customer service (Deedra). Deedra, became aware of some very personal details that were going on in my life...she ended up reaching out to her supervisor, who in turn issued me a BM voucher, for thee exact dollar amount that I was out for these 2 counterfeit's. This gesture in itself would have been awesome. What Deedra did next, really floored me. She mailed me a wonderful card signed by all of their employee's, wishing me luck. It was one of the sweetest, touching gestures, I've experienced (from people that I didn't even know).

The same type of people, who mail a knife back (under warranty), to it's owner, & enclose $20+ CASH, to it's ungrateful owner.

I just hope that, Koyzumie, will think twice, the next time he is thinking about repeating this type of behavior.

Right on KELAMA. I have always given benchmade their due respects but that story is above and beyond. I always recommend benchmade to people when appropriate, and in fact do carry one of their socp daggers as a backup knife but damn.. That type of story makes me want to grab another, even as a gift or something.

Secondly, I can definitely agree on the youtube video crap. I can't stand to look for reviews on a piece of gear that I am interested in only to come across a YouTube video by some 12 year old in a high pitched voice reviewing a $350 plate carrier that he uses for airsoft...

But that is on one level, this kid getting a completely rebuilt knife and smarting off when they dropped him some cash for shipping...completely disrespectful. Kid needs a lashing and a 14 month ban from the interwebz IMO, but no, he probably won't even read any of this. He's probably busy nitpicking his next midgrade knife to bolster his internet fame, live from mom's basement.

Damn if I don't sound like some old fella, but kids these days...
 
WoW, That was difficult to watch and listen too. However it shows Benchmade is great and you have some issues
 
You know, I can tolerate this guy making a fool out of himself here in the feedback forum, but he is airing the same complaint in at least two other threads in different areas of the forum.

Maybe the worst part is that he hasn't had the decency (balls?) to show up here and explain or, more appropriately, apologize for being a douche.

He posted the same thing on reddit.com/r/knifeclub (a great little place, by the way), got excoriated for it, and then deleted his post. The only things he appears to post on reddit are links to his shitty youtube videos and pictures of anime "tween" porn.
