bereavement: DaveH passed away

Sorry for your loss Elizabeth. It's definitely a shock for me as well. I especially remember Dave's concern for the health of his dog.
Hold on to the good memories. He may be gone but hopefully he's somewhere better.
 
Damn! Dave was always a good dude...We'll all miss him :(

Elizabeth, please continue to post here - you already have friends in the making, and some of us have lost spouses too.

My sincere condolences to you. I'm truly sorry to hear about Dave's passing.

He and I exchanged many emails on the subject of international knife passarounds. He was a friendly person who loved to help others experience the enjoyment he got from handling new and different knives.

dave was always a bright spot here in this community. although i did not know him very long,i was able to learn quite a bit from him in the short time i knew him. i valued all his contributions here and to say he will be missed is certainly an understatement.
