I believe that’s a Bushcrafter :thumbsup::)
Hahaha, wow - really late to the party here. BF does this cool thing where I get no alerts or notifications.

But yes, Gusbuster Gusbuster is correct - that is the Bushcrafter with Oreo Burlap and Black Canvas Micarta scales.

"It's a beaut, Clark, it's a beaut!"

No worries. What ever 'it' is that makes some blades just stand out, that one has it! Thanks for the reply :thumbsup:

I got this cool chisel grind, double edged Ti knife from BladeMan BladeMan made of ATI425 heat treated by Mecha Mecha . The blade is 4.3", 0.118" thick, and the handle is Juma Ivory Snake with orange G10 liner. Thanks to Dave Hard Knocks Hard Knocks for making me aware of it. :thumbsup:

I even found a couple of my old JouFuu sheaths that I could use with it! :thumbsup::)

Sweet!! Mine came in a day or two ago. The titanium has a different feel to the edge that I would describe as 'sneaky sharp' i.e. it seems less grabby by the thumb test, but plows through arm hair. I'm scared to death I'm going to lose it, it's soooo light.

Dry Creek Forge “Brute”.

I don’t really know much about this maker. I took a chance on eBay with this one, glad I did. 8670 steel, perfect grinds, stout but not overly stout. Falls right between a FK2 and HDFK in size. Was going to sell it - now it’s a user. Comfortable knife.

I was looking at that one when it was up. Tempting. That’s a handsome knife!

Phil is a super versatile maker. There aren't many out there with as wide a repertoire. He sent me this bronze sword which he forged back in forever ago. I think he's one of the unsung knifemaking heroes of Bladeforums.

I wholeheartedly agree with your post !...
I've been a fan of Phillip Patton since I've been a member here !... and it's only been recently that I finally have the means to get a knife or two made by him and so I'm thinking of a CPM-3V fighter and one of his leaf dagger's in either his butterfly Damascus or his Turkish twist Damascus ! Decisions decisions!?!?!...
