Wow! Those grinds.

Tell us more, Poku Poku
It’s his Sergeant model. Here’s the specs:

- Hidden tang
- 5.3mm thick Elmax steel.
- 27cm OAL
- 15cm stonewashed blade
- DLC coated stainless steel guards
- Black G10 handle

Knife weighs about 11oz with balance point a little behind the guard. Super comfortable handle. Also came with a very nice kydex sheath which I requested instead of his usual leather sheath (which is also very nice).

I'm a big fan of his work - at least in the visual sense, I still need to add something of his to the stable.

Petr is great. He does full tang knives too, and customizations. His Tank, and a Seax variation that he kindly built for me.

Great leather work, too. The retaining straps on his sheaths have an elastic band in them, no risk of cutting into the straps when you pull your knife without looking ...

(I cut the holes in the straps above myself, since he made the sheaths "blind", I didn't want to ship the knives back to Prague ....)

My wife surprised me with an early birthday present of a display stand. What surprised me most was her saying it's for knives.
Some scraps of black palm make interesting looking rests until I figure out better stands. I've got a piece from Del Raso on top, and one from Seward at the bottom to keep me honest.

I really like that full tang tank. Nice knives.

My birthday isn't for a few months yet, and hers is the same month. I suspect chicanery, but for now I'm distracted by the stand.
…be interesting to see how that turns out, my friend. It’s been a couple decades but I’m pretty sure “chicanery” was in the old wedding wedding vows. Par for the course, really, since we got married in Vegas. Lol.
