Robert Erikson’s take on the Lion Killer pattern he dubbed the “Loin Killer” . 154CM, dyed Koa, and wonderful edge geometry. Pure pleasure cutting with this. Really like the old school, neutral handle. Very comfortable.

I’d say yes but I haven’t had a Battle Mistress in many years and memories being what they are…..

Handles like an SDFK with Choil and butt, for me. Same weight, a little thinner, Sabre starts lower, if that helps.

I had to google this, since mine (6", no choil) has round lanyard hole; looks like the hex lanyard hole only came with the 5.5" ? Not sure.
