Not C., but my last one (11 - never listed in the Exchange, AFAIK), I sent them a BF PM, and they happened to have one on the bench. I got to pick the scale material. Very responsive and friendly - good people. Hope this helps.
Not C either. I contacted them via email for my 3 knives. Super communication and I am thrilled with the knives. They are awesome to do business with!

I emailed them and was on their waiting list. This one little one, I probably waited 6 Mos. total, but typically you should be able to get them quicker. Bart builds them and can tell you or give you an idea of his next batch (ongoing or upcoming) and will contact you once they finish with the option to purchase. I’ve done this with my Model 11 and 3, my other was posted up in the builders forum and I jumped on it. I didn’t have a chance to picky any of my options myself, just what was being built in what configuration and contacting me with the finished product.
Bart and Whitney are class acts. Very professional and nice to do business with. They come packaged super well, and nice little finishing touches that make you feel warm and fuzzy when you open the box.

Two more fromgollik inbound (his pic);
A full custom quiver-killer in Sleipner.
And one of his new daggers in Elmax.
Both with burlap + blue G10 liners, and his DLC, the best I've ever handled.
WOW, I love that dagger! That is a sweet little piece, haven’t seen a dagger from him posted yet.
I’m gonna have to keep an eye out or maybe reach out to him. Daggers are really tickling my fancy right now for some reason.
