Dang Bro, that Pirtle sheath is wicked AF! That the Crocodile underbelly?

Is that sheath slimmer than his normal? Looks different, but fantastic! I guess the Reaper’s pretty alright too 😊
Yes, you’re correct on all fronts! (Especially the “wicked AF part”!) 😁

American Alligator belly laminated to English Bridle leather. Red stitching.

It is slimmer than the regular one. Perhaps due to the cross draw? Might have to defer to the mastermind on the design reasoning!!

Thanks guys!!

There are several models for the Reaper. The Cross Draw on the right is based on the standard Multi-Carry model and similar to other designs I make. The one on the left is the Canted version, which in vertical orientation places the butt of the knife upwards, and the tip more backwards for a pistol style draw, works the same if oriented for horizontal carry. The canted pattern is not necessary with my Integral Cross Draw design because it already has a canted carry position. The canted design is intended to take advantage of the pistol grip style of the Reaper. Due to it being slightly larger and canted it's not ideal for pocket carry but I know people are doing it.

Here's a quick comparison of the different orientations..

Outstanding work Chad cpirtle cpirtle ! Congratulations clinton1 clinton1 on having such handsome and functional leather for your Reapers!

These overlays remind me of an old Phyllis Diller joke I saw quoted the other day. The joke was, “You know you are old when someone compliments you on your crocodile shoes when you are in your bare feet.” 😆

Great stuff guys!

Phil

LOL.. Thanks Phil!!

I think these days you are just old if you know who Phyllis Diller is. I predict 60% of the people who read this will Google her name :D
