Besides CPK knives, whaddaya like?

I like automatics and this is quite a piece of work…..

Honoring our 1926 Model T’s 100th Birthday, a great friend and World Class Artist and Craftsman built this for me….he’s made 12 Hotrod knives in the past and not only is this ‘Lucky 13’ but it’s been 12 years since the last one plus this is the only one from a photo.

Completely hand carved and fabricated down to the last part…..tires (even replicated the tread on the front and the Cheater Slick pattern on the back), wheels, carbs, headers, engine, etc, with a wonderful carved ivory skull checking everything out….its on a magnet so it can swivel around.

The perfectly ground and fullered dagger blade is Damasteel and the best part is pushing down on the left-side header is the blade release…fires with unmitigated authority and is secured with a flame colored locking-liner, finely detailed, as is everything….the axles and engine sides are also flame colored….almost look case-hardened.

The frame itself is bead-blasted steel that was hot blued with G10 ‘scales’ over them….the tires are turned from G10 and the scoop is carved from the same.

Folks speak of ‘One-of-a-Kind’, ‘One-of’, ‘One-off’…….THIS is the definition right here!!!!

I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do and will….and MANY THANKS to my buddy Phillip Booth, World Class Knifemaker.

Wow !!!!! That’s one wild knife !!! Hotrod artwork 🙂

Love the picture setup with the aluminum connecting rod and picture 👍👍 Those connecting rods are a piece of artwork themselves 🙂🙂

😎 My plan is to sell all but 7-10 folders. 1 for each day and a couple spares. It would make life easier, no?

That’s been the plan for the last 2 years and I think I’m getting close to starting.

Decided to go ahead and buy all the knives I wanted to try before I start to sell. Looking for one more specific configuration (wharncliffe XM24, 18 or Eklipse) then I’ll be ready!

That’s the plan anyways…😂😎🤷🏼‍♂️

Add a TRM ATOM to your list!

For most of last year I carried a DEK2 and a left handed Sebenza 31. So for this year I’m going to carry a different pocket knife (might be a folder or small fixed) and a second blade that will be a fixed. I started the year off with a couple of customs a Jim Burke and a Tom Krien.
