hey thats one of the new Servo's. nice. i had signed up for notification of stock but either never got it or overlooked it. i dont think i had the money anyway, recently falling into the Shiro hole and whatnot, but I think these looks great.

as far as best action goes, that can become a very long list very quickly lol in my collection, if we are talking my favorite actions I would go with Shiro, Herman, Arius, Hawk Talon, and my Sharp by Design production models(haven't felt an OG yet, but I can only assume they are better). they all have different qualities that I love, but I would say they all have the "best" action. Shiro/Herman/Arius all have conventional framelock detents executed as perfectly as possible. Hawk Talon has a novel detent system that sounds incredibly mechanical and satisfying, like a bolt action rifle, whilst being very free-moving and quickly becomes intoxicating to use. And the SBD's using a unique "post" style detent that also feels amazing to use, Reate did such an amazing job on them and deserves praise.
 
Odly my Spyderco Para 3 BBB in 15v is by far the smoothest knife I have ever used. And I have used quite a few wayyyy to expensive well known models.
I don't know if it's a para
three thing or what but it is like two times smoother than even my smoothest pm 2.

probably just luck of the draw. good washer action can feel better than bearings but is difficult to achieve. i want a pm2 lw 15v, i signed up for notifications but it sold out so quickly i never got one.

My Para 3 BBB is awesome too. We are fortunate.

I wanted to add an honorable mention for the Spyderco Bodacious .
I was just handling mine and I noticed that when I open it my thumb does not bang into any handle protrusions in the thumb glide path and when I release the lock the blade drops and closes in a very satisfying way . In other words , releases easily , does not hang up part way and glides closed without being a guilateen . . . and finally stops when closed rather than bounce back open .

A few other knives I handled today did all those anoying things ; hung up part way as the blade dropped , had to force my thumb around some shape on the end of the handle to open a knife , blade drops too fast and bounces back open before the lock grabs it .

To carry my G-10 Bodacious more I think I might start to think about thinking about . . . maybe . . . putting some gun grip tape on the scales .
hmmmm . . . yes . . . that would be good 🤔
