The absolute one knife I should have never sold, ZT-SH!!! It was perfect...

Also steel heart ergo!! But the swamps Chopweiler in infi would be a knife dreams are made of!!!!!!!!

Lots of great suggestions have been made and there is no wrong answer listed. Good luck in your quest.

As far as Busse goes the only one I have is a TMDSF and it will be mine till the end. To me it is a great size to weight and has a nice drop point on it. For me it is all I need.

+1
While the DSF is not my only Busse, it is my favorite user. Hard to explain but it works as my best all arounder!

I think the Ratmandu is a great all arounder as far as Bussekin goes. I think most in the 4"-6" blade range is ideal for most tasks. The SAR 6 is great for most uses. The TGLB would be a good size, but as has been said, many don't like a top blade guard as it sometimes gets in the way for certain tasks.

Lots of knives to choose from. Looks like I am will be doing some testing myself. It is about time I added another blade to the family. :D

I'm new to Busses in general so I haven't handled any except for the SYKCO 911 and RMD LE I've owned. I also don't know where to find most of these except for the exchange.

Hmmm.......:) I'm thinking Rodent 5, maybe 7?? Or could it be the Ratweiler or Taliwhacker???

Yeah, most that have been mentioned are no longer in production. In fact, many of those mentioned are in fact quite rare and desired, which in turn makes them cost prohibitive to purchase on the secondary market. The older Busse's are generally more expensive as there were far less of them produced compared to newer models.

The TaliWacker is gonna be a beast when released.

I've cut more air with mine and to finally be able to put it to hard use will be a dream!
