Another vote for the Buck Vantage Pro. Hard to beat a Paul Bos heat treated S30V blade and G-10 for $40.

Also, the Kershaw Skyline @ $35 and Spyderco Tenacious @ $30 are great values.

A little higher up on the price but still a lot of "bang for the buck" is the Kershaw Junkyard Dog II CB for $65 new or a blem from kershawguy for $39 shipped. That D2 edge is nice!
