Best Production Folder

I think my all time favorite folder would be the best production folder made period if you could buy it this way. Its the BenchMade 420 Resistor designed by Mike Snody. This axis lock folder is pretty darn nice right out of the box but I Waved my knife so it had all the benefits of some of the Emerson knives. This thing now has it all and is my most frequently carried knife. Recently I loaned it out to a friend in Chicago and it was all I could do to put up with it being gone. It was a rough couple of weeks and since getting it back my withdrawls have subsided. I missed it considerably more than I ever did any other knife.

It has a great steel. 154CM.

The company has a great warranty and takes care of you quite well.

It comes with the best low rider pocket clip I have ever seen. Actually this is the best pocket clip period regardless of conventional or low rider/fold over style ones. And it is tip up carry which is the only way to go in my opinion whether you have a Wave on your blade or not.

The best lock in the business (the axis lock) is standard on this one.

And it is the perfect size length wise when open and fits snugly in the pocket when closed concealing away oh so nicely. The only thing negative one could say about this knife is the thickness but really it isn't enough to cause one to not carry it. It rides much thinner in the pocket than it feels in the hand.

My Wave on the blade steps it up a notch too and when combined with the extremely smooth action of the Axis lock design what you get in the end is the best knife you could ask for. If you could get all these features in a production folder this would be the best one out there. Again, my opinion.
