To be honest, Leatherman's are awefully good values. I know people who have disassembled trucks, reassembled boats, and forcefully separated leprauchauns from their gold with them for 15 years with one leatherman.
I've had a micra for 10 years, and I still can't figure out how I did some of the things I did with it. Oddly, I only had to sharpen it last month.
The Ka-Bar Dozier is a pretty good deal for around twenty bucks.
I just picked up the new Spyderco Tenacious pictured here.
This is a very nice folder for the money
I agree the Byrd line is a great deal...I love my Crossbill. I tend to look for "current" bargains...for example a bit older knife that is being closed out or discontinued...you can find great deals at sites such as smkw or other places.
I picked up a CRKT Lake's P.A.L. for 25 bucks with free shipping...it is an amazing folder...very well made and I love it. I believe those things were 65 to a hundo just a year ago or so. I love bargains!
Hmm...
Benchmade Vex
