What would you put on your list of best value folders?

I'd suggest:

  1. Buck 110
  2. Most SAKs
  3. Any Opinel
  4. Boker Trance

The Buck 110 is a great value, but the Alaskan Guide Buck 110 from Cabela's is arguably the best deal going anywhere!

Spyderco FRN VG10 Delica and Endura
Spyderco FRN S30V native
Buck 110 especially in one of the upgrades.
Byrd series, especially G10 models and new framelock Catbyrd

From what I own, I'd say the Spyderco Delica wave.

From what I don't own, probably the Buck 110 or Spyderco Byrd Cara Cara G-10.

Kershaw storm,
Opinels,
SAKs,
Byrds,
Spyderco native,
Buck 110,
Buck bantam,
Moras. (not a folder but the best deal in the knife world.)

most spyderco knives, especially the byrd series and the native, opinels,SAK's(dont know if they count as folders though), the whole boker plus series, and the buck 110 of course

To be honest, Leatherman's are awefully good values. I know people who have disassembled trucks, reassembled boats, and forcefully separated leprauchauns from their gold with them for 15 years with one leatherman.

I've had a micra for 10 years, and I still can't figure out how I did some of the things I did with it. Oddly, I only had to sharpen it last month.

So how 'bout them apples.

The Ka-Bar Dozier is a pretty good deal for around twenty bucks.

I just picked up the new Spyderco Tenacious pictured here.
This is a very nice folder for the money:)

I agree the Byrd line is a great deal...I love my Crossbill. I tend to look for "current" bargains...for example a bit older knife that is being closed out or discontinued...you can find great deals at sites such as smkw or other places.

I picked up a CRKT Lake's P.A.L. for 25 bucks with free shipping...it is an amazing folder...very well made and I love it. I believe those things were 65 to a hundo just a year ago or so. I love bargains!

Hmm...
Benchmade Vex
Buck 110 (heck, a whole lot of Bucks are really good values, case in point my EDC Mayo Hilo, also their slippies and the 119)
Moras
Gerber- Multitools, Ripstop, Paraframe
Victorinox
Wenger
Case Yellow Handle and Sodbuster
Rough Rider slipjoints are decent
Kabar
