Strangely, In my neck of the woods, PBR is a hipster staple.

Wasn’t PBR kind of hipster beer back in the day when the hipster movement began (as in when it wasn’t slur or ironic term)?

I know I've mentioned this in this thread before, but since we're talking about PBR...

When we were in England last year, my brother and I visited a beer shop in Bath to pick up a few local brews to try back at his place. I took a look at their selection of American beers while we were there, and laughed when I saw Pabst Blue Ribbon for £3 per can. (That comes out to around $4, which can buy you a 6-pack of PBR here.) I asked the guy working at the shop if anyone ever actually bought it, to which he responded, "Yeah. Hipsters."

A pint of rather nice 'Dark Mild' 3.9%. Blackedge Brewery Bar in the village of Horwich in the county of Lancashire.

Then because that lambsfoot has two tone covers I thought it was more appropriate to flip it over and have the dark pile side matching the dark mild.
