Yay! Happy Birthday to your sis my friend, I'll get another beer out of the fridge ;)

I like your pic GT :)

Strangely, In my neck of the woods, PBR is a hipster staple.

Wasn’t PBR kind of hipster beer back in the day when the hipster movement began (as in when it wasn’t slur or ironic term)?

I know I've mentioned this in this thread before, but since we're talking about PBR...

When we were in England last year, my brother and I visited a beer shop in Bath to pick up a few local brews to try back at his place. I took a look at their selection of American beers while we were there, and laughed when I saw Pabst Blue Ribbon for £3 per can. (That comes out to around $4, which can buy you a 6-pack of PBR here.) I asked the guy working at the shop if anyone ever actually bought it, to which he responded, "Yeah. Hipsters." :D

Some pretty odd looking Ciders on that menu though.... I like cider but it has to be made of apples (or pears if you want Perry)

The evening continues with something a tad different.

Just had a pint of Kirkstall Pale sat next to the River Aire at the Kirkstall Brewery's brewery tap 'The Kirkstall Bridge Inn' :) Hope everyone is having a great weekend

Re: cider menu
Are thoze the names of the zoyders* or the sounds your voice makes as you progress through the apple juice flavoured minefield of high explosive alcoholic time bombs?
Particularly the last two. And who change Admirals rum to bum.?
* how the word cider is pronounced by west country folk in England.
Churrrrzz
