It's Friday for me. Our office went to four 10-hour days for six weeks! Sleeping in tomorrow. Buying some gin & vermouth so I can post some pics here! (Drinking wine right now.)

My daughter bought some espresso powder to use in making some tiramisu. Thought I'd try some instant espresso:

Think I'll just brew some more Starbucks Colombian with my automatic drip maker.

1 part pomegranate/honey syrup, 2 parts lemonade, 2 parts bourbon; shake with ice and pour over ice and lemon slice.
Off to the races!
