Some day soon I'll pair that knife with some peaty single malt, which I know its maker enjoys.
That's a really good pairing. That's my favorite scotch. Tastes like liquid BBQ. And mesquite smoked BBQ is the best!you mean, like this? I like the peaty stuff on occasion. I don't think I could do it every day... although aspiring to that could be a noble goal
