My wife and I made eggplant parmesan and enjoyed it with some Cabernet Sauvignon.
Paul, you have good taste in scotch. One of my favorites. Most of my collection comes from Islay. My all-time favorite is Lagavulin 16.

I am guessing the Octoberfest in Fredericksburg will probably be cancelled this year. Really enjoyed going last year. But I can still buy some Oktberfest beer. I know there are some good American ones, but I'm buying German. You're making me thirsty, Taylor!
Can you point me in the direction of a good German Octoberfest brew? Thanks Vince!I am guessing the Octoberfest in Fredericksburg will probably be cancelled this year. Really enjoyed going last year. I like the Spaten Oktoberfest. Should be easy to find here in the states at a good liquor store. A large grocery store may carry it too.Can you point me in the direction of a good German Octoberfest brew? Thanks Vince!
