I do agree with the buyer that full disclosure is important, even on as recieved items, and could have avoided this problem. Though I don't know how visable this was to the naked eye.nor do I know if the problem is so common as to be concidered normal for the maker and not an issue.
I also agree that when something is listed as new LNIB( whatever) it will stifel questions about condition.
So this problem could have been avoided in the 1st place, but once it happened the buyer has handled it very poorly IMO. Problems happen and it ishow the seller handles them, that to me, determines the type of seller they are. This seller was not given the chance to resolve this and refered to as a liar and thief. I don't concider that to be fair.
Hopefully the op will inform us what the shop has to say on the condition no matter if it helps or hurts his case. These threads are not for vengence, but to help others avoid simular probkems.
