Makael, Some years ago I had a time out from blade forums. It depends on a member that made me crazy. So I stopped my activities here for some month.

I think take the time you need and come back in peace when the time has come. I would miss you if you go definately.

I wish you and yours all the best and that everything turns out to the best.

Makael, first I am new to the forum and I am sorry for your situation. The only thing for me is to read what is going on. To me it seemed like you were speaking for everyone and going 100 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. When the one person tried to slow you down you started to jab at him. This is all about a knife, that's it. There is no reason to be so defensive. I hope you return soon and take things less seriously. Bless your family.

Is this an attempt to explain yourself or just a bad attempt at showing some understanding and compassion? You really could have left out the criticism.
 
That's just the way it happened!! it's about a KNIFE!!! I was not being rude or crude. Just the facts.

I realize you're new to this forum. If you where here 8 months ago you would understand what Makael and I, plus others, are talking about. That particular person is trashing an entire company, not just a KNIFE, as you put it. This person has been doing that for several months now, the only time he speaks up is to trash Buck or Makael personally. He has done it several times and people are tired of it but like everything else, there are only a handful of people willing to stand up and say something. Then people such as yourself jump in off of the armchair and passes judgment on the person or persons trying to defend the very thing that we are gathered here to talk about. It's not about someone having a bad experience, it's a person coming out of the shadows and trashing everything and everyone that this particular forum is about.

What you are doing, because you don't know the history, is shooting the messenger...

You're one of the good ones around this place and many of us would hate to see you go but understand that the forum is just a small piece of your life. I'm nowhere near your local but as always, if there's anything I can do to help, call or message. I've sent you a PM with my contact info.
 
Start using the ignore feature to weed out the trouble makers. You regular members can police this forum all on your own by doing this.
 
I see the tears in your eye sass, I should haven't said a word, now you pick on me for " shooting the messenger". It still started over a knife. "PRAISE AMERICA" BUCK300 said you were his helper and you didn't stop it?
 
Don’t leave Makael Makael . You’ve contributed a lot to the community in several sub forums.

This should be a enjoyable and entertaining experience for people. Sometimes there will
be posts that we dislike, and that’s to be expected on an open web platform. Definitely not worth getting worked up too much over.

SASS - I don't know if your read the whole thread or not, I sat through the whole thing and stepped in to try and stop it. It was Makael that kept it going and others to chime in and that Hyssoon only wrote one post. Everyone has a different read on this but I saw in person the thread collapse and I thought Mak wasn't like that and said so. I said I have never seen anything like that before and right after the thread was locked.
 
Next time, simply report the guy and tell him you reported him (if you like). When the Mods get notifications from multiple long standing members they will do what they are given the power to do.

Makael, I never know what to say with family stuff. I hope for the best obviously. Hang in there and don't leave due to this business going on.

There is more to it than you've seen as said by others, so your not familiar with what your talking about.
 
Makael, I really appreciate your input and the contribution you make to bladeforums. Loctite! I've never used it before but I don't know how that flew over my head, I'll have to pick some up and try it. What strength do you suggest? At least we get to weed out the trolls with relative ease.
 
Or they're not, SASS even clicked on that he liked my post in the middle of it, TWICE. This is really STUPID I'm done.

Blue will do the trick. Red is too much for this application.

Hey Wallace, I'll answer for Makael. DON'T use red. If you can find green would be great if not a drop of the blue will work well. It'll stay tight and with the right tool, you should be able to remove the screws without stripping the heads...Don't overdo it on the blue though....

Nowicki, if you read what you wrote and when you wrote it, using no quotes, it appears you were getting after the same guy everyone else was? You know the one that said, "just through it in the trash". I was trying to explain things to you as nicely as I know how if you don't understand, that's not my fault. You were jumping on Makael when you don't know the history with Huyssoon...

Wallace, the type and color I use is the blue locktite assembly type that sets but can still be removed without heating. The red color locktite sets more permanent and only by heat sometimes a lot to remove a screw. Also you don’t need a lot on it just enough to coat about half the threads. But the blue wipes off easily as the red can be sticky. Hope this helps and gets you fixed up.

???What are you talking about??? The moderators aren't in here all of the time because we do monitor this site ourselves, I'm not the only one. He said that because I beat him posting what he was going to do. They do appreciate us trying to help to keep things on a good level....
