BF2020 Blade Etch

If no one else can, I'll give it try. The problem is I need to download Adobe Illustrator and my only connection is my phone hot spot which is weak. It took me three attempts and hours to download Lightroom.
 
Are we talking laser etching? Could it be sourced locally near to Maniago? Depending on the wording which Im assoooming is "BLADEFORUMS 2020" all that remains is for that to be punched into a computer ,select the appropriate font and size, then laser each knife ...individually....all 300....one....at...a time...oh....
On the upside each one should only take about a minute....
Its kind of labour intensive and theres the cost.....
We could have some polls:confused::D hey who wants a poll:p:D...
 
Discreet on the tang or small at base of blade where it’s not visible when knife is closed would be awesome!
 
I have a question regarding this.

Mike, are you looking to replace the current etch that gets put on these or will you seek to have the etch placed on the pile side perhaps? I ask because I still feel it important that the relevance that this is an exclusive of yours not get lost.

I was wondering the same thing ... if the etch that is on them will be replaced or the BF 2020 just added to it?

Is there an existing font or design from previous BF knives that we want to use or can I come up with something?
 
I guess you can pick a font and I'll pick a font and let Mike decide??
It doesn't matter much to me just trying to help (and make use of AI)

I really don't care where the etch goes or font or anything really. Ya'll have a discussion here among yourselves and decide; then give me a sample; and I will present it to the factory for approval. If you want a graphic, do that. Really I don't need to have much input on this aspect.
