BF2020 Blade Etch

Is it necessary to have 2020 as part of the etch? A simple Blade Forums on the pile side tang would be nice. Maybe curve it like last year's forum knife and have a small knife under it, much like the Blade Forums logo at the top of the page.

I like the idea of the tang etch for the BF 2020 if that is an option. Leaves the blade open for Mike's normal CK Edition etch.

How about a "bladeforum" etch on the tang, no 2020. If we were still going on the traditional tang stamp it would be bladeforum with no dots left so i think a plain bladeforum etch would be cool

I like it have the 2020 b/c it's kind of a cool numbered year, it's also a year to be remembered.

It would look better without the space. Bladeforums as one word, with the F centered, would allow for better symmetry. (the way it's pictured is uneven, with a shallower curve on the left to fit the extra/ unnecessary space)

or should it be straight across the tang parallel to the plunge line?

Post 29 looks good, but may be too curved to look good on a bolster that is not that rounded.

Recommend not putting the etch on the tang. Ya'll want that M390 singing loud and clear on this year's knife. Trust me.

Idk, I like the arch, but I can do whatever. I do not want to be the decision maker.
I can redo it Friday if that's what everyone wants . I work late tomorrow and Thursday.
