wh4f...This is the Buck Manufacturers Forum...It's not supposed to solve anything...It's a Forum to discuss Buck knives, and related subjects...Find out what's going on...What's new, what's happening, what people are doing with their Bucks, ask/receive help...and identify various knives, new or old...

Or ask if anyone else is having the same problems with Buck... :p

But "SUPERDAVE1" has an obvious problem, he needs help to find other ways to fix his problem :D Crabbing to us on here aint gonna make his 110 BG-42...

Also he didnt do any of the things you posted here, he just complained his 110 isn't Bg-42, I can understand that, call them, email Joe email sarah, dont gripe on here and then rip on 334dave...
 
...Ya know...When Buck first came to Blade Forums they actually worked with the guys on testing some of the designs Buck had???...This is or was more than a place for folks to just discuss their collections...Sometimes I wish it was like that more today...:( ...but we do have fun don't we??...LOL...:D

well i think dave summed it up pretty good in the other thread
there is a problem but i think they are aware of it and are trying to correct it :thumbup:
their first business is regular production then the large orders from cabellas and smkw and such then the warranty issues then those of us that want upgrades (which is just a bonus thing they do for us)
so really i think they are doing okay couple more bugs to work out but then good to go:thumbup:
reading these threads tonight i couldnt help thinking we might have to do our midnight production run thing early to help them straighten out some of the problems they are having ;) :D
 
yes i have said they have a issue with the phone
they know it and have tryed very hard to correct it
i made severa calls jest fine then the gremlin cought me...
has happened a few times but so what ...
you can always hit 'O' and a live person comes on, and she works for cj...
the warenty shop is over worked...
incase no one noted ther is a lot of bad weather there high miss work days!

it takes time for new employes to learn the pride...
it was NOT workers issues that made buck leave,
i heard it was non busness friendly cal with a batch of new laws and
they were cut off on elect on hot days...
here in wva we would love to have had them come here
the new state moto is open for busness! idaho got lucky is all

i garentee folks here know how to make a useing edge from any thing and a rock ...
imagen what they would do with real machines!!! hee heee

yes all here have leave to complain...

MY knife company as i can call and have some one that knows my name talk to me like i was the only costomer they had...
so i dont air my dirty landury out in public
i would like to have more as 'co owners of the heart 'of my knife company...

so i am a little defensive of them jest as i am defenseve of you guys..

and i did notice a quility issue from Cal after the move was known so it is atttude not pay
every one has to have time to come to be a buckaroo as they called them selves...
right now it is a new job putting food on the table and paying bills ...
and it is realy amasing there are so few complants as it is!!!
as it takes time to devlope the belonging to sense that pulls folks togeather,
