Big Folder Porn

Thanks. The TNT is a great overall knife. I think it is one of the best EDC knives around. Mine has a centered blade and great lockup, but the bevels on the holes in the frame are a bit rough. I consider the F&F to be good, but not as good as a Sebenza, which is compares to in every other way, IMO. If someone wants a Small Sebenza but doesn't want to pay that much, the Buck TNT is the one to get, IMO. even if someone is willing to pay for a Sebenza, the TNT is a great option reguardless of price. But when you factor in price (only 145 shipped), wow.

I agree that if it were tip-up, it would be amazing. But I also really like how the "head" of the knife looks peaking out of my pocket. It may sound funny, but I do consider how a knife looks in-pocket, and the TNT looks great.

Nice collection. I want an AR.

Since this thread has dropped down several pages, I have to *BUMP* it.

And what I mean is, I am going to buy a *BUMP*.

The last two times I went to Plaza Cutlery, I handled a Green Bump. I know the Green Bump is not the same color as the Blue Bump (duh), but I think I can get a sense of what the blue one looks like in real life by looking at the green one. No sir, I don't like it. I never liked how either one looked in pics until I saw a certain pic of the blue one. It made it look great. So I was going to buy a blue one before a Spec Bump. But after seeing the Green Bump, the Blue Bump has fallen down my to-buy list.

The overall shape doesn't come off as well with the bright colors. The edges look wierd. I also think the polish-job on the blade looks a little cheap and out of place. The Bump shape comes off better on the Spec Bump, IMO. I habdled the older CPM 154 version and the new S30V version and liked the new one better.

So, next paycheck I will pick up a Spec Bump. I might get a Lone Wolf Harsey Ranger as well. The black blade one with the camo handle.

Or I might just get a Mnandi and let the Bump and Harsey wait.

Hair - I just got the Speed/Spec Bump, it's the limited production model. Kershaw uses a Sandvik uncoated blade and the older Spec Bump G10 Pattern. IMO it was a bargain at $70.00 , as long as you don't mind the steel and the older scales. I really like mine ....

Airkat model 8 with tan G10 with 154CM blad, this is/was a pass around knife...thick, and chunky in the hand is the best way I can describe it....folding hatchet also comes to mind as chopping was the best application I could find for it. Despite my lack of use for this knife, there is just something about it the I like. Here are a few pics and some with a large classic Sebenza for comparison.
