What material are the pommel, guard and spacers?

The guard is hardened 440c, the spacers are 304, and the pommel is 416. The pommel and guard are both forged from round stock.
With a knife that handsome I wonder if you have performed any real world tests with that knife or any other like it that you have created. If so would you mind sharing the results?
