BK-2 Pancake Sheath - Winner announced, Thank god

If its ergonomics, the only thing I can think of is to make it easier to draw the knife, so the knife will lay better on the belt and therefore not stick out as much or so its easier to get your belt through there.

This is semi-entertaining though, apparently we as BH have MUCH to learn in the way of sheath making...

EDIT: Congrats to the winner, I guess I was just a minute or two too late :p.

well at least I now know so I can get some sleep tonight.

now that THAT is finished and out of the way....when you gonna have some of them there ''curved stitch for drawing'' sheaths for sale Sky???

It would definately make the draw easier with the extra tip room. Like a holster, it would allow more of a scoop draw then straight out.......Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

People never pull the knife straight out it always comes at a continuing angle.

Levers always move in a curve! ERGONOMICS! It's SCIENCE!!!!!!!
