i've been bugging Ethan for ages for a Nessmuk he's not buying it yet :>
oh, and a Wharncliffette oh yes. some kind of sheepfoot, esp for the boating crowd.

Well, keep bugging him, haha. I love the looks of a Nessmuk blade, but, in all honesty, have never owned one. Hmmmm, Wharncliffe, there's yet another idea...

Thanks Ethan, very much appreciated. I like designing these things, but I just do what looks good to me. I really don't know anything about edge geometry, what the balance would be like, grinds, measurements, etc. It seems like the big Nessmuk would be a chopping machine, and double as a cleaver. Very weight forward. It seems like the tweener nessie, with the shorter blade, would have a lot of leverage. I sure like the looks of a nessmuk. Thanks for the consideration, glad you like it.
