Alright, got these bad boys in yesterday. Will get pics up at some point soon, prolly this evening since the missus will be gone. I can give the sum total of my thoughts on them now though.
Bad news first, I am not fond of them. The ergonomics do not work for me at all. Probably the same reason I do not like ESEE knives despite them being great knives is that the ergo's just don't work for me. I tried in pretty much every grip, and none of it felt comfortable in the hand. As with anything what works for one person will not necessarily work for another, and vice versa. Slapper seemed to enjoy them, and that is great, but for me, they would be very uncomfortable during use. Not that you would have a problem using them, they are rock solid. And that brings me to the good news. The fit and finish and everything about the construction on these is top notch. I have no idea what kind of machine ole Sh@rp is using, but it goes so far as to clearly define the area between the toes of the wolf, down to a point smaller than a millimeter. Very, very, very nicely made. If everything in the world was made this well, we would have a lot less problems. Sh@rp, you sir have done some amazing work here. The checkerboard pattern is crisp, and you can see how the wolf was done over the top of that, and it adds some incredible depth to the image. The back and sides match up flawlessly, and it sits on the BK2 perfectly. It is actually a better fit to my knife than the default grivory that came with it. Whatever measurements you used to get the scale shape down, you succeeded nicely.
If looks were all that mattered, then these things would be an 11 out of 10, but for me comfort is important, especially when I have these on my go to knife, and I just couldn't get my hands to a point to where they were comfortable. This will not be the case for everyone, and may just be an issue with me alone. The manufacturing was flawless however, and I have no doubt that these things would hold up for centuries under the toughest of use. Sh@rp did an amazing job on the machining.
Anyways, like I said, pics later.
