I don't get much of a chance to use my blades, but will on occasion. Of course, any time you remove metal, something is gonna weaken. Jimping will even do that. It should baton ok though. The swedged BK9 pass around did it okay. It's not 1/4" thick. In all honesty, I don't think much of using my 2 for batonning. I think of my 9 when it comes to that.Testing?
Baton ability? Tip Strength?
can ya still beat it like it's a redheaded stepchild?
Thanks. That's what I did, drew on the blade, and sent it out. This blew my mind.
I have been making clip points on my BK2 and 14 with a sharpie marker since seeing your mock up.
I cant believe it exists. Looking forward to hearing how you like it after getting it know it better.
You can do it yourself. You really don't have to have artistic abilities. Just Google image some tiger stripes, print it out, and lay it across some tape with ditto paper, and trace it onto the tape. Cut it out with an x-acto knife. Paint.Good god the green and black tiger stripped handle is amazing. Could I possibly pay you to do something similar to mine?
Oh, I have more, haha. Not enough pics...... J/k awesome mod! I wouldn't mind having one of those myself
that thing is Awesome, Dubz.
Did you ever fiddle with a straight clip like the Mk-1?

Nice job Warrior! I really like the profile of that blade, now that it's clipped.
Thanks guys. I'm thinking about doing something with my 9. Hmmm.....
I agree, the pictures with the micarta are really catching my eye as well!I keep coming back to look at this knife. It's really awesome, the whole business.
Nicely done photos too.
