BK2 Sheath Mod. Extremely Photo Heavy

This is excellent, great job. One question, though, is how did you perforate the nylon webbing? I've always wanted to do stuff like this but have never worked with nylon webbing. I'm comfortable with fasteners (rivets, eyelets, screws, etc.) but have only ever used them on leather. How do you keep the nylon from fraying where the perforations are?

Wow, a blast from the past. Not quite sure what you mean. I think I used a punch for any holes I needed, then melted them slightly with a lighter. Anything I cut, I melted. Thanks for the compliment, and welcome to the forum, glad to have you here.
