BK20- Speculation on the 450 units

I look at it like this. If I remember correctly, the BK4, and BK5 were around $80 each, and rightfully so. Both outstanding blades. I know they are being discontinued, and you can get them cheaper now, but, they were once this. That's $160 worth of 4 and 5, which means I got the BK20 for $40. Hell of a deal if you ask me...

That's why I want to try the RSK MK2. The best of both worlds, Rowen's superior manufacturing with a Becker/Ritter design.

Do you even bushcraft, bro??? [emoji12]

Bushcraft lol. Bushcraft is such a trendy modern term. I spend my spare time almost exclusively in the forest hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, exc. I was living most of my weekends in the bush since the age of 2 weeks and live in a remote city in Canada. I started using knives and whittling, carving, and making things out of wood when my father bought me my first knife when I was a very young boy. I have used and EDCed many different knives for decades. So, yes, I bushcraft lol. I am also fairly critical of manufacturing because I have a background in it and am a tradesman myself.

I'm messing with you, man. You need to get a 20 before wasting money on tkc scales, or custom kydex. Kudos on the 21. I love that knife. Did a few videos with it, too. Expect a few with the 20 as well. Cheers

Sorry, text is easy to misinterpret. I would love to but, I dont really need another chopper right now(due to the new BK21) and funds are tight because of the recent purchases. You should try some TKC scales if you havent. They are awesome and well worth the price imo. I have them on my Izula 2 and they brought it to a whole new level. I am not a big fan of the Nylon stockers on these BK's and I think they will really make the 21 shine. Both in the looks and functionality departments. I am looking forward to seeing how the extra weight effects the balance too. Thanks. Good to hear. I look forward to your videos. Do you have a link to the BK21 ones? If I havent already watched them that is:D

You might like my video on stock scales too.

Hey, I have watched a couple of your videos. I will see what other ones are there.

Let me know how the 20 compares to the 21 if you dont mind. Although it probably wont matter because they will likely sell out soon:(

Thanks! Oh, there will be plenty of video on it.

I need to sell some of another brand. I have a ton. I like the Becker group and the knives.

Thats pretty awesome that you live that close.. I have a really old 119 i think it is that belonged to my grandpa.. It was one of my first fixed blades

Yes, you really do want an RSK Mk2 -- they're that nice in hand, and TKC scales are glorious.
