Blade 2013 Vex Availability?

The user sure does, im a black canvas tanker grey guy myself for users.

Dont thing i ever seen his work skeletonizing a knife..... Ill have to check it out :)

Nathan did a SAR 5 and AD/GW hybrid for me a while back. He posted a SAR 5 that he did in the exchange a while back. It had a wrapped handle. Excellent work.
 
No its a regular CG version saber ground.

And now you mention it i think I recall the wrapped sar5 for sale!
 
For me, the skeletonized tang makes all the difference in the world. I've become quite spoiled by it.
 
LOL, Yea id have to hold one first, man its hard for to to think it would improve an RMD though, other knives yes, most likely, but the RMD... Its weight, size and point of balance is perfect to me.

And this one is just BEYOND perfect, but too pretty and unique to use. I need another one coated now for use. I love drop points.
 
Well, I'm not sure I would do that to a standard CG RMD. The ffg one just begs for it, in my opinion. It would make the ultimate RMD Lite. Its already less beefy, why not remove even more unnecessary beef?
 
Yea i guess it makes sense, If you do it, id love to see how it comes out! even more id love to hold it to see the feel!!!

Well since i noticed the new vex has that recurve, that i dont enjoy, I think i might place another drop point RMD order. this time a user, with either black canvas and tanker or muddy blade and red/black g10.

And I think ill wait a little so i dont have to pay until after Xmas LMAO
 
I heard back from customer service today. They have a limited number of blanks that can be ordered through the custom shop, so I placed an order for one Vex.

Excellent customer service by Trissy.

I too was contacted and now in 8-12 weeks (or so) I will be the proud owner of a satin vex with orange-black handles. Now to find a sheath. Thanks to whoever recommended contacting the coustom shop
