Well, we didn’t get the Ginger, but at least the knife doesn’t look like Slash! However, I have to admit that Slash is a great name for this Forum Knife JB in LV ! It just fits somehow.

That is a big bummer, Steve. It definitely should have gone on the seconds pile or simply not left the factory. I really hope you can get it taken care of - might be a warranty thing.

It certainly is a let down. I emailed gunstockjack so we'll see what can be done.

Are there quite a few of us still waiting on shipping? Mine has been in “pre shipment” since the 27th of last month and the wait is killing me! Especially seeing such nice examples being shown every day

I am waiting as well. I think it’ll be another week or longer maybe until we see ours. I’m not complaining though, enjoying everyone’s pictures and I received more than enough mail calls over the last month to hold me over

Hopefully I can have it in time to stick it in my pocket as a good luck charm for the California Custom Knife Show on the 23rd.

May not be a crack. Perhaps a deepish scratch or a very slight check that isn't as deep as the cover. Moisten the pad of your thumb and rub that area and see if it might disappear. If necessary, I'm sure Barry will take care of it.

I haven’t gotten shipping notice on mine either, but I was one of the very lucky extras (didn’t have internet during ordering due to hurricane ida). I figure those might be last?

Fresh off production, fingers crossed they still have plenty of bone left to replace it.

It was mostly wishful thinking on my part. I know it must be disappointing but it looks like Barry is on board to help you.
