The S model it contained was not so much ...Hemlock Green..as Hemlock Baby Poo Brown!!...yikes that dye job is a bit ordinary I thought...but I love ya nevertheless...and as we say here ,"tommorrow is another dye".
So without furtherer ado..or a before pic...heres my 2 of 21.

I assume the "left" one is the recent arrival!!?? The "S" models look as good as any of the "firsts", IMO!! You are a wealthy man, Jon!! :cool:

what color are you thinking? I imagine something very dark is the only dye that may work at this point?

its gonna wear to a nice smooth light red!
 
Yes the left one...thats after I dyed it...and it looks better in person..the only reason I can see for it being a second was the colour...
There is some gnarliness with the bone too but that adds character....and the sawcuts are more visible...which is good.
Please forgive the abrasive colour of my post...never my intention.

I’m thinking a lightning bolt running diagonally across the bolster with the words “WHITE LIGHTNING” on either side. ⚡

The white bone looks great, but I have to say, a secret secondary cover material of the annual Forum knife produced for some but not (nearly) all who would normally qualify and offered under the table strikes me as a bit odd, and not really in the spirit of project, but maybe that’s just me. I hope those who were offered one were at least vetted to confirm that they did, in fact, vote for white bone in the polls. 😉🙄

Maybe should have Waynorth Cutlery on the tang. It isn't the Blade Forums knife voted on by the membership and I will never see it as such.
Does that mean it is any less useful or perhaps cherished and admired? ... No, just not the Blade Forums knife. Waynorth all the way, alpha and omega.
If individuals had chosen to have their knives recovered is a whole 'nother thing though. Go for it if compelled.
Since the white bone ones are limited edition production knives with BF on the tang, I think the only appropriate bolster etch were there one, would be "trust the process".

You have an amazing talent !!! Your efforts matched only by an exquisite Blade Forums knife ... and an equally exquisite (but mis-stamped) Waynorth Cutlery knife ;) ... Nice :)
If I had one, I'd have to try and get one of your etches ... and a Narwhal scrimshaw on the covers from r8shell ... not so sure about any glitter though :D LOL
