Blade HQ Integrity

Bought a BM Morpho 32BK from them last december for a christmas present. Customer service was great, since I emailed them to change shipping carriers from USPS to UPS(free shipping as well, since order was over $149). I received a response to my inquiry immediately. Shipping was extremely fast. They also have a Facebook page where they actively interact with customers and address issues/take in feedback. A+ in my book.

my experience with them has been excellent.

I have purchased from them several times. I have never had a problem. Deal with confidence.

:thumbup::thumbup: +1 to all of the above... i've never been dissapointed and will continue to buy from them. i've always thought they had great prices, but i haven't looked at every knife they have either.

i think the owner of BladeHQ is also member of Bladeforums. They are very reliable.

and yes, cam is a member here, search is your friend....

Has anyone here used Blade HQ before. Are the items they sell the genuine article? How are they for shipping and customer service? If anybody knows or has bought anything from them, please comment. I want to buy the spyderco spyderfly with the g-10 scales or the bradley kimura IV.
Teel you what...Recently ordered my Benchmade 275 Adamas from Blade HQ...had my knife in two days! (and that's coming from them in Utah -I'm in NY)...great customer service and you have the comfort of knowing you are dealing with a premium dealer (no counterfeit knives worries)...

Blade HQ is top notch.

Not to derail this antique thread but while I've got your attention: That Knives for Kids thing you are doing is fan-freaking-tastic. I'd order one for my little boy but I've got plenty of knives I can pass on to him, including one that was gifted by a BF member when he was born, and I'd hate to think of some other little tyke missing out. I just wanted to say thanks for doing something for the little ones out there.

I know this is an old thread, and I just joined the forums. But I ordered a converted Shrade tact. folder. It's VERY sturdy, the automatic opening is very sharp and snappy. Nice sturdy construction. Paid $25 for it and I'm VERY happy.

They're good to go, even though I posted a butt hurt thread on this forum because they took so long to come through with my 562CF preorder. Good outfit.

i have ordered from Blade HQ quite a few times... they are absolute fantastic!!!!

never had any problems...

aces on customer service... very honest good guys

I've also bought from them as well, no problems. Customer service is good, they have a large selection too. On another note, I didn't know that they sold automatics to non LEO/Military people. Some stores do not and will not sell automatics without providing a DNA samples, as well as full body scan.

I buy from Blade Play/Blade HQ frequenty.Good service. No complaints here.

My experiences with BladeHQ have never been anything but positive. I have had to be in contact with their customer service representative(s) once or twice and it's been a polite, positive experience. They are one of the big guys who remembers to act like a small guy when they can. I recommend them.

I've ordered from them on a couple occasions. Great to deal with! Easy returns as well. Highly recommended!

Well since we're here A+: Ordered a Maratac Copper AAA Tuesday morning, confirmed and shipped that day, here 2 days later= Thank You.
