Blade HQ

They're a good dealer. Very professional, great selection and they ship the day you order or the next morning. It's one of the sites i sometimes go too to browse knives i might want. I like the way their sight is constructed, it makes it easy for me to find what i'm looking for.

If I weren't already married, and interested in the ladies, I'd want to marry BladeHQ... They're just that good...

...too much? :o

I buy more knives from the BHQ team than any other dealer - They have a rock solid business going. Buy with confidence.

they saved me about $100 on blade show tickets... they will be my go-to knife dealer... The guy i met at bladeshow was also very nice.

I have had excellent experience with BHQ.

I have found their packaging to be very poor. I purchased a Cold Steel San Mai III Recon Scout and the box was reduced to garbage. The factory box
was placed in an un-padded white plastic bag.

Hermit Dave,

You sure you don't have us confused with The Blade Shop? Back in July of 2011 (in a thread called "Bad - The Blade Shop") you wrote
"My San Mai Recon Scout came so poorly packaged (factory box in plastic bag), the box was destroyed. The knife was ok, but I'll never buy from them again."

Did you purchase two of the San Mais? Bad experiences with the Blade Shop are status quo. If you had a bad experience with us (Blade HQ) then I apologize and I hope we took care of it for you.

I do as much business with BladeHQ as possible. Only when they don't have what I want, which is rare, do I go anywhere else.

I live close enough to their shop to make the journey regularly. They are very helpful, especially if you are a regular customer and they know you are going to drop money when you come in. I used to chat with the owner regularly when they were a smaller shop, but they have grown considerably in the last few years and he's rarely at the counter now. They have a very low tolerance for stupid people, but that is the closest thing to a criticism that I can come up with.

Great site to buy from, they will beat competitors prices as well on most of their stuff. Since Knifeworks has the best prices, just look up a knife there and call bladehq to tell the the total price from knifeworks and you'll get the best deal on any new knife.

Recently I returned a SOG automatic that didn't function to BladeHQ.com. They sent it back. Still doesn't function. No explanation. It's unfortunate as I have ordered well over $1000 of knives from them over time. They have lost me as a customer.

They're 20 minutes up I-15 from me, I go in there often too look at new stuff and often buy, they're always helpful whether I buy that trip or not. I definitely recommend them, great customer service.

I could drive there as well but I don't. Item will be at my door in two days.
