Blade HQ

BladeHQ is the best, they will always take care of you !!

This says a lot because your service is pretty hard to beat Dave!

I have ordered from Blade HQ a few times over the years and been in the shop 5-6 times. Small shop with an enormous inventory, sales people are always very cordial and will let you handle any knife or tool you request. I visit Utah 1-2 times a year and I always try to stop in if I have time.

Bought many knives, many or most of them on the internet, and several from Blade HQ. Never a problem for me.

Great place. They shipped me wrong knife once. Was out of correct one after looking for it. Offered my money back. I elected to keep it and they offered the difference back, either credit to my card or store credit. I accepted store credit. It was all taken care of in less than 24 hours. Good people there.

I scored a benchmade 940 for $125 (now going for $182) from bladeHQ right before christmas last year. So they get   from me!

I am also a customer of theirs, I cannot think of anything that went wrong the 30+ transactions I've completed.

BladeHQ is amongst the very best knife dealers out there. I've probably purchased more units from them than any other dealer. Responsive, fast shipping, up to date in stock status, great customer service, great database of knives (including past ones), etc.

Best? Me thinks KW's and NGK's would have to be included on any "best" list..

AFAIK KC has the best return policy..

Straight from their website:

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 60 days.

Best I've seen..

Dane we are an authorized dealer on these forums, and we take care of our customers. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us at 1-888-252-3347. We will be glad to help you out.

What about international customers? You don't let US check out online :(
Would be really nice if you did...

i guess ill just add to the growing list of positive things to say, but i have bought many knives through them and have had great results every time. i have done orders online and over the phone and everything is always top notch. i frequently call and ask questions and they are always extremely helpful and always very nice. they are my go to. I also always have their new arrivals page open on a tab on my computer, seems like there is always something popping up i want.

Not much luck there either. I've bought from them before and no issues when you ship to a US address but when I asked them to ship me a pen directly, they said no. A PEN for crying out loud. That I found a bit bizarre.

Yeah. If their concern is international posting difficulties; for the fine postal system operating around the world today with all these tracking and delivery confirmation things going on, I don't know why wouldn't a seller want to do that. What happens is people like me are directed towards Ebay and Amazon where choices are much limited. Whereas I could be their regular, loyal customer (since their stock is incomparable to ebay sellers ...) that I prefer to be and choose among their wide variety of options much more regularly than I do on Ebay and Amazon!
I mean, I'm willing to pay for the shipping and the rest is up to the postal system. A USPS flat rate box is gonna cost nearly 24$ to where I am (literally other side of the world!) and it covers the whole route with tracking info. And if I'm buying a 200$ knife hell I'm willing to pay for a reliable shipping method.
