Man, Wally and Canal Street are making some MOUTH WATERING Tradition knives. I'm not a big Trad fan, but lemme tell ya, them babies are out of this world. Plus, Wally is a great guy, and funny as hell. Dinner at Maggiano's was awesome, food was OK, but the company was terrific.

oh, that's mine it's about 25 years old :> nickel-phosphate finish, estaloc handles, etc... the NEW one, which is featured in some photos (and hopefully the ones i took and will take), is a might thinner - that's just a prototype though, so i'll leave off on measurements and so forth until there is a final report. can't have rules lawyers getting all cranky that something isn't .000N as reported

the other knife is japanese iirc, and VERY interesting
