Blade tip exposed out of handle issue Spyderco models ?!

BladeForums is one of the biggest and best knife websites on the internet--home to legit experts with close connections to the elite of the elite in the cutlery world. If you sit on their porch long enough, you can't help but soak up some of what they're spilling. 🙏
Don’t sell yourself short you make more sense than the guy in the video.
 
It is a well-known fact, especially to traditional knife users, that use and sharpening over time will often result in an exposed blade tip. Reprofile the tip or file the kick and the problem goes away. It is analogous to using a pencil down to the nub... it doesn't mean the pencil is at fault. However, if there's an issue NIB, send it back.

I don't see an issue here.
Excellent analogy there, timberweasel and straight to the point. Just plain & simple common sense 👍🏻
