The Fat ASH is a great knife, and yes it can shave and cut paper with some sharpening love, I have two FAT ASH's and would not trade them for a skinny, you did good on your first purchase.

Well I did real good at the show. Two M9CGs and one that would not show up in the pic

Did ok at the CRKT booth too

At my own table I had very few knives to come home with. Thanks to everyone who made the show fun! Oh and a special thank you to Adam for buying the last FSH.......saved me a lot of dough!

Looks like they saved everything for the weekend crowd. When I was there Fri, the Scrapyard/swamprat table was pretty bare. No CGM9's at all. Oh well, now I know I need to take the whole weeekend off next year.

wow, I love everything I see. I don't know if it is a good thing I didn't go, I know I would have gotten a lot and had to explain a lot of why I spent so much but would I ever be happy with the ones I brought home. I see some killer deals, I need to do that proxy thing or something next time...
Man, I so really wish I was there... Great show to all the Busse Crew even though I wasn't there!
