BladeForums 2024 Traditional Knife

I purchased one on the first day the pre-order was open and decided to get another on the last day the pre-order was open, these are going to be FINE examples of a large stockman! A satin finish on the blades with the bolsters and bone buffed and shiny would be awesome.

Picture me rollin',
wit' my glitter-gold blades.
Got no love for the haters,
y'all can all put on shades.
I'm making the grade,
a gold triple-blade stunna'.
Lightning in my pocket,
watch out for the thunder -
and picture me rollin'...
Are you just Rollin or are you actually Rollin to a place, because I would understand if you were just Rollin without a destination with your pyrite glitter.nice tune lol

She's gunna be a big knife all right. The Northwoods in this photo is 4.25 inches, and that is a large Sebenza for size comparison.

Apologies, for the lack of specificity.

Rollin' to the glitter-gold promised land, baby! Yeah! 🌟

That stockman is a PERFECT looking knife, at least to my tastes!!!

Going out on a limb here...the rendering states 4.38 inches....thats a skrij over 11cm...OR does it mean 4 3/8 inches which is a skrudgeon over 11cm....not sure about the decimal point in there....seems strange....a chimera of decimal and imperial if you will... .
Anyhow heres a pic comparing the longest GEC stockmen ..the Dixie and the Abilene with the larger RAT...1000019361.jpg

The difference is 0.005 inches or 0.0125 cm, I believe. Nothing to worry about for a pocket knife, even in Maribor. ;-)

3 / 8 = 0.375 which means that, rounding up, 4.38 inches is roughly equivalent to 4 3/8 inches. I will leave the skrij-to-skrudgeon conversion to the professionals.

I simply don't get on with this new fangled measuring ....in my day it was much simpler:
4 Tads to a Skrij means a Skrudgeon over the Dill. Then a Bublè is worth 9 excepting a Candanol at Nil.
Vaaiiry easy...so much more precise.🤔🤓🫤
