I’m not completely sold on this one yet due to price and size but It would be hard for me to pass on a stockman with jigged bone. I’ll be waiting to see all options if GEC does a full run of this pattern which I suspect they will.

We've gotten word back from Bill & crew at GEC about the 2024 Traditional Forum Knife

This is a RENDERING of the SHAPE of the knife. Handle material color, stamp, shield will be determined ASAP.

Thanks to inflation, my cost on these has increased by over 50%. I will eat as much of that as I can for preorders but we are looking at a substantial increase in price. Non-preorder pricing will be $300 ea or more.

Pre order pricing will be around $250, shipped to CONUS. International was a mess last year, we'll see how that plays out this year.

I will put pre order buttons up ASAP.

I'm pretty thrilled we're getting a sizable Stockman. Spark didn't steer us wrong on last year's cover and shield choices so I'm looking forward to what this year's selection will be.

Inflation is up 3% so we had to raise the price by 50%. Makes perfect sense. I'm still in though LMFAO

US steel index is up 30% in the last year. There is a lot more on the commodity side and O&M / labor that goes into total cost of production and servicing debt for the businesses than simply general rate of inflation. I’ll take yours if you don’t want it…

This might be a hard one to turn down. I've been complaining about the lack of gec stockman's for some time. Granted I prefer them in the 3.5"-3.75" range.

With the 81s and now the 91s on the horizon, the future is looking bright for us stockman lovers out there!

Looks fantastic to me, and the XL Stockman is one of my favorites.

The price is a bit out of my range, however. I doubt I can save up the required funds in time to place an order.

That said, knowing how generous the porch is, I must request that no one (and no group) order one for me.
