BladeHQ Para 2 exclusive M4 w/ Jade G10

Funny. I ordered 2 at nine a.m. my card was charged but I got "there's a problem" email. Then ordered a 3rd when there were going in and out of stock and the late order people were getting shipping notifications hours later.....

I just got shipping info on the 3rd knife but nothing on the first 2 ordered. :D
 
Phew, I think I got my order through at the 11th hour thanks to a parcel forwarding service! Fingers crossed!
 
Keep refreshing for the next hour or so. Looks like they are processing the "credit card failure" orders. I've seen it go in stock, and out of stock several times in the last hour.

I ordered my first right when they started taking orders on them and I got another just now. Still nothing.

Some people have made duplicate orders because of the cc problems. As we notify people and fix those, some duplicates get cancelled and put back into stock.

I so happened to be one of them... Got trigger happy I guess, ended up with three. Was able to cancel two, and saw them go back in stock shortly after. The whole BHQ shop deserves Friday off after today. You worked your backsides off, and went better then I expected! Thanks.
 
i was just able to add another into my cart and start checkout. didn't finish as i already got one and didn't want to take anymore from those who want and haven't gotten yet. so i don't know if i clicked finish if it would have or not, but give it a try those of you who didn't get one yet.

So besides the duplicates, are they basically out of stock now?
 
ahh so glad I called!! Spoke with Alex, he saw my order but he said since Amex thought it may have been fraud, it was rejected. He told me it wouldn't have gone through if I didn't call, as it was actually declined first time. I assumed that if I waited, it would be processed in the 48 hour hold, he told me it wouldn't have. Maybe to those people still waiting, they should call. Literally saw the hold appear on my account as I was on the phone.

out of curiosity I also asked about the availability. he said they are all sold or accounted for, but they're popping up because this error made people order more than 3, and cards being declined. so happy I called, I would have been livid. Thanks BHQ, top notch service.

Indeed they are, I'll never buy anything from them ever, even if they correct this in the future.
Why didn't they put the banner accross the site with no international orders statement then, but left as wishlisting and hoping for months?

Some people did have genuinely declined orders. If you did not receive an email from us stating that your cc is now fixed and you received a declined email, then please contact us. We can help to resolve any remaining issues.
