Photos Blades on Hikes

My good old ultralight mountain hiking bud.
As it weighs only around 3 oz (105 g) and made of stainless 14C, I personally consider this knife as simply the best companion for some highland routes where the weight on your back matters.
Using a lanyard I have even chopped logs up to 4 in thick with this lil kid pretty well. Love it.

Seriously considered that one as my new hiking buddy but decided to go with ANV P100:

Yet to test it as it arrived yesterday.

What the hell jmh33 jmh33 , you seem to have great service everywhere you are, you own the best phone ever! I lose service just looking at these hills sometime haha. How’s your sleeping going and are you staying at lean-to’s along the way or just tenting it in your own mapped out spots?

Hotels. Didn’t want to get into the backpack thing. Wife drops me off, I walk, she picks me up and I start where I finished the next day. Call this a supported Trek!! 😁
Doing the walk with out the weight!! 😁😂😁
