Wonderful. Nature heals the soul.
Wow, I know nothing about fungi, but those are nice photos!Distance: 14km, Duration:6h, Ttl. Ascent: 870m
Hiking with group in popular trail again, my Laguiole's first time in to the field, but didn't take photo. The group members may cannot understand why take photo with it, so I didn't take.
Also, there was not too much time walk into the woods to find fungus, just take a few.
Wondering whether the 6th and 8th ones are fungi or not.
The 8th one also looks like fallen from tree coz it could not stand, just lying on the ground, when pick it up, seems there is no roots inside sand / mud, but the texture feels like fungi instead of flower.

Ahh, nice to see the Bird and Game, a great trekking knife. I like the handle on the Bird and Trout better, though. This one doesn't seem as versatile. It's a subtle thing you only discover by using.
I don't have experience with the Bird and Trout, but I'm liking this one. Considering adding one or two large serrations at the heel of the blade.Ahh, nice to see the Bird and Game, a great trekking knife. I like the handle on the Bird and Trout better, though. I hear nothing but good things about the bk62.Hiked Kankakee River State Park in Illinois, past the tombstone of Chief Shaw-Waw-Nas-See. Chef probably had a knife like my Ka-Bar BK62.View attachment 2306433
